- Trip preferences: destination, dates, group size, budget
- Payment details, processed securely by our payment partners — we do not store full card numbers
How we use it
- To prepare and send your travel quote
- To arrange guides, transport, and accommodation for confirmed bookings
- To send booking confirmations and trip updates
Data sharing
We share only what's needed with hotels, drivers, and guides to fulfill your itinerary. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Terms of Service

These terms govern bookings made with Beyond Borders Travel, a licensed Destination Management Company operating across Southeast Asia.
Bookings & payments
- A deposit is required to confirm any itinerary; the balance is due before travel
- Prices are quoted in writing and held for 7 days unless stated otherwise
Cancellations & refunds
- Cancellations made 30+ days before travel receive a full refund minus processing fees
- Cancellations within 30 days are subject to supplier cancellation policies
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any health requirements for their itinerary.
Liability
Beyond Borders Travel arranges services provided by third-party hotels, drivers, and guides, and is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
